FAA Part 107 Licensed Drone Pilot
What is a Part 107 License?
The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 is a set of rules for operating a drone commercially (i.e. flying a drone to make money) in the U.S. It is also used to refer specifically to the certification drone pilots must have before they can legally offer professional drone services. It is illegal to fly a drone commercially without having a Part 107 license.

Important Info Regarding Drone Operations
*Please be aware that certain FAA flight restrictions might make your project difficult to accomplish. Due to the proximity of EVV Airport, there are different zones in Evansville where the flight ceiling is as low as 100 feet. We extensively plan our drone operations to comply with all FAA Part 107 guidelines, and will let you know of any changes we would have to make. If you would like to know whether or not we would be able to operate at your location, please contact us and we would be happy to let you know what rules and regulations are in place for that zone, for free.
*Aerial imaging is weather dependent. We will follow our set timelines as best as possible, but we cannot control mother nature. High winds and precipitation of any kind means no flying. If your project is delayed due to weather, we will attempt to fly at the next safe, available time. You will never be charged for any cancelations due to weather.
